Our Privacy Promise

Your data belongs to you and only you. We will — no third parties, no partners, no exceptions. We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond powering your personal dashboard. Your financial privacy is absolute.

What We Collect

  • Your name and email address (provided during sign-up or via Google OAuth)
  • Asset data you enter (names, tickers, quantities, values, currencies)
  • FIRE goal settings (income, expenses, return rate, age targets)
  • Feedback messages you submit through the app

How We Use It

  • To display your portfolio, charts, and FIRE calculations
  • To fetch live prices and exchange rates for your assets
  • To save daily snapshots for historical net worth tracking
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure

What We Don't Do

  • We never sell, share, or rent your data to third parties
  • We never connect to your bank accounts or brokerage
  • We never access any data beyond what you manually enter
  • We don't use your data for advertising or marketing purposes

Google OAuth

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google service. The only permission we request is basic profile information for authentication.

Passwords

If you sign up with email and password, your password is hashed using bcrypt before storage. We never store plaintext passwords and cannot recover your password. Password reset is not currently available — please use a password you'll remember.

Data Storage

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (AWS, ap-southeast-2 region). All connections use SSL encryption. The application is hosted on Vercel.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We also use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (page views, device types). These services may set their own cookies. No advertising cookies are used.

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us via the Feedback form in the app or email us. We will permanently remove your data within 7 days.
